They offered me a 20% discount because of the mistake. When I arrived late that night they then want to advise me there was NO HOT WATER. The rep at the time stated “ they did not tell you when you called”. Implying that they knew this all day long .Of course not. Being so late I had nowhere to go. Everywhere was booked up that there was an event in the city so the following morning I spoke to the manager that advised she would give me 60% off the room. And that never happened. She kept avoiding my phone calls. General manager named Lori Anderson."
