New off shore modular home located in a private lakefront community @ LAKE GASTON! Private community boat ramps, kayak/canoe launches, sandy beach areas, common ground with huge fire pits and charcoal grills, picnic shelters, playgrounds, fishing piers, and the list goes on! Perfect community for all motorized and non motorized water sports, bike riding, fishing, golf cart riding, ect! Bring your water toys and enjoy!
From sunny days on the water paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing to starry nights making smores by the fire. You will definitely be able to take a deep breath, unwind and find your happy place while enjoying all of the amenities

Nice time away
We were getting away for just the weekend and it was what we needed. Very clean, open and spacious property. Owner was super nice and responsive. Access to lake was only a short drive away. Our only two complaints were the firmness of the bed and the mattress cover plastic made us hot.

Clean, Cozy, 10 out of 10
Beautiful interior design, super clean, soft sheets and comfy beds, well-stocked with all the essentials. We prepared Thanksgiving Dinner there for family of 8. Well supplied and organized kitchen. Toys and games for the kids!! I would stay again and recommend to others. Also great fenced in yard for dogs and kids

AMAZING!!!!
This house was so clean and organized. They had a book of fun things to do around the area and places to eat. When I contacted the owner he was super nice and helped me and my family out immensely. I would highly recommend this house to any of my family or friends coming to the area!

Lovely place
This is a nice, clean and very comfortable places to stay, specially if you have kids. They will enjoy plenty of space, board games and other stuffs that Seth has to keep children busy. For dog lovers:) , this house has a nice clean fenced space !! I think, we have a memorable time here. Thank you Seth!
