チェックアウト後にストレージに荷物を預かってもらっていました。ホテルに戻ったらスタッフが居なくて、ベルを鳴らしても誰も出てきませんでした。 列車の時間が迫っていたので迷いましたがストレージのドアを触ってみたら開いたので勝手に荷物を取りだしました。 荷物を取り出せた点は良かったともいえますが、他の人達の荷物を盗ることも可能な状況だったので、期限だなとも感じました。

The staff are great! Very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is great and for this establishment being so affordable it’s a no brainer to stay here! I’d definitely choose to stay here if and when I visit again!

Omar was an exceptionally attentive and responsible member of the hotel staff. He arranged a quiet room for me so I could get a good night’s sleep before my hike. He also gave me helpful advice on joining the bus queue and assisted me with an urgent medical need. The hotel’s location was also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent service and thoughtful staff.

I booked this place because it had a 8.8 rating. That was misleading. This is a basic accommodation which feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The entrance is down an alley, the foyer is tiny, and the bedroom looked out on a wall and had a window facing the inside hallway. The breakfast was some fruit, cheese, meat and bread. It was okay but it doesn’t warrant more than a 7/10.

To book through Expedia, better choose pay in advance, to pay at the front desk, there will another 5% credit cards fee. But overall, the hotel is very good, nice location to the ticket office and bus, and people are nice.

Amazing stay there with my 13 years old son ! Our room was big, clean and comfy, staff was amazingly kind and attentive. Breakfast was probably the best we had in a month stay in hotels in Peru. We almost didn’t stay here because of few negatives reviews, but honestly I’m so glad we stayed here. It is a little in the high part of the city, but close to many good restaurants and close to the bus station for Machu Picchu. Definitely recommend staying here 😊

The hotel is older on a small side street of the main tourist area. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The 3 star rating is due to a strange window into the hallway. It had curtains but not completely blacked out. Also quite noisy at night due to barking dogs in the neighborhood. The room was clean but bathroom had older fixtures and tile grout very soiled. The outside window did not close completely and there was no AC. Couldn’t really open the window for long due to the bugs. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special either- some fruit, yoghurt and buns with cheese and cold cuts. Staff were very friendly. They didn’t speak English well but with Google Translate & my limited Spanish we could communicate ok. Overall ok for a one night stay to see Machu Picchu but wouldn’t stay here for too long.

Perfect for an early next day departure to Machu Picchu. Staff was amazing and so accommodating! Complimentary early morning bagged breakfast was perfect for a long day at Machu Picchu!

We were so pleased that we chose this hotel, which is a mere 30 seconds from a mass of restaurants. Also five minutes from the rail and bus stations.

El lugar es tranquilo, muy bien ubicado. Cerca a trenes y buses a Machu Picchu. Las habitaciones son excelentes, súper cómodas, impecables, bonitas, muy agradables y cuentan con todo lo necesario. Incluye desayuno, y preparan box breakfast si se sale muy temprano. Muy gentiles y dispuestos a ayudar. Ruth de recepción fue muy amable. Nos gustó mucho.
