The location was large, but one could clearly perceive the deterioration of the buildings and rooms. There were always cats and bags of garbage by my door. I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the check-in was quick; however, I became disoriented on the premises and found no parking for my car, as the attendant did not escort me to the building. My assessment is: there are better-maintained and superior places available at more competitive prices.

Nice hotel that could have been so much more

We only stayed here for one night, and were greeted by a nice and friendly staff. The hotel is at a beautiful location. However the whole experience is let down by the poor cleaning and poor state everything was in. Broken tiles everywhere, most of the furniture was broken or very worn, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard, but the air condition worked perfectly and kept the rooms nice and cool. I wish they at least would have fixed all the broken tiles in the pools, as it's very easy to get a cut on them. There are tons of cats in the area. They are docile and friendly, but there are a lot of them. Be aware if you're allergic or afraid of cats. The room was a bit filthy, and most kitchen utensils were missing. It's a bit sad, because this hotel has a lot of potential, and could be a real gem with a proper renovation. On the bright side it's very affordable.

O lugar é lindo, isso é fato. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. O espaço é familiar. A comida do restaurante é muito cara (há restaurantes melhores nas imediações), o café da manhã tem pouca opção. Pensei que a piscina privada era com água aquecida (pelo menos) impossível tomar banho.

Experiência boa

A proposta do hotel é muito boa, mas em geral, está precisando de uma baita reforma. O condomínio é antigo e precisa de uma manutenção urgente! Aluguei um quarto com piscina privativa, a piscina estava suja, soltando os rejuntes, nem tiveram a atenção devida para entregar a piscina limpa para o uso. Área da piscina, com uma vista muito bonita, som ambiente, lugar muito legal. Gostamos muito. Café da manhã, repetitivo, com poucas variedades, mas muito gostoso.

O complexo é divido entre hotel e residencial. Os bangalôs são grandes, mas estão velhos e mal cuidados. Muitos bichinho e gatos espalhados pelo local. No meu apt só tinha uma televisão na sala e eu achei que as fotos não condizem com o local, portas emperrando, banheiros e cantos do quarto sujos. Não iria novamente. O complexo no geral tá velho e precisando de uma reforma é melhor cuidado com os animais locais.

Complexo bom, no meio da natureza. Restaurante muito bom, comida boa, pessoal educado e receptivo. Quanto ao apt, terrível, sem nenhum conforto, tv não funciona, cortinas rasgadas, gavetas com baratas, toalhas de banho velhas e rasgadas, travesseiros velhos, paredes cheia de manchas de coco de barata. Uma experiência horrível no quarto.

Como ficamos apenas algumas horas no hotel somente para descansar um pouco antes de pegarmos nosso voo de volta , não posso avaliar o hotel como um todo mas o quarto que ficamos as luzes de um dos banheiros estavam queimadas e por isso tivemos que usar um banheiro só. Além disso não tem nenhum espaço no box para colocar shampoo, condicionador e sabonete, tendo que deixar tudo no chão. As toalhas de banho eram bem ruins, bem desgastadas e ásperas. Acho que falta manutenção. O hotel fica longe da cidade e não tem nada por perto. o que acaba sendo necessário ter um carro para locomoção. De qq forma fomos muito bem atendidos. Pessimo. Parece q está abandonado! Tudo velho, box enferrujado, cama ruim, cabeceira parece uma lapide, com uns azulejos velhos, cinzas… tem uma cozinha no quarto, totalmente fantasma. Não tem nem copos! Nenhum talher. Nem uma toalha pra secar as mãos. Falando em toalhas… pensa nas toalhas de banho ruins! Finas, e arranham a gente de tão duras. Os lençóis finos, gastos. Com dois buracos! Cobertor tinha uma mantinha q deve ser de solteiro. Tem q dormir grudado pra caber duas pessoas. Como fui com uma amiga, tivemos q separar: lençol pra uma, cobertor pra outra. Restaurante pessimo. Chegamos à noite, informaram q a cozinha funcionava até as 21h30. Fomos as 21h20, pq chegamos tarde, e não queriam fazer! Inclusive uma delas, q deve ser a cozinheira, estava sentada na mesa do salão, com celular claro, e respondeu em alto e bom som pra atendente qd fizemos o pedido: “EU NÃO VOU FAZER. A cozinha deve fechar às 21h20.” No papel q nós deram, dizia q fechava 21h40. Deve ter feito nossa comida com ódio… No dia seguinte fomos almoçar, e lá estava ela, olhando para nós fuzilando com o olhar. Bravíssima. Ficamos até com medo de comer a comida q ela fez pra gente. Com certeza não foi feito com carinho, já q ela fez questão de nos encarar, mostrando isso. Piscina faltam azulejos. Fotos prejudicadas por causa disso. As tem nos quartos,sujas! Ainda bem q pegamos sem, pq imagina pagar por aquilo! Portaria já fez a gente trabalhar na chegada. Tivemos q tirar o cone pro Uber entrar. Eles olhando.
