"If you are in the southern part of Tuscany, this is the place to stay. Very near the national park and beach park. Easily drove to the Etruscan ruins near Soriano over the mountains, about an hour and to the ancient hot baths to bathe in near Saturnia. Great breakfast buffet made by the proprietor’s mother. "This cute hotel is a 1-minute walk to the beach! It is a little outside of central Follonica, but totally walkable. We are a family of three and we walked to town every night for dinner and gelato. We also walked to and from the train-station with heavy backpacks. They do have bikes to rent at the hotel, and Follonica provide small trains after 17:30 that take you to and from town until midnight. Very clean and great buffet breakfast! Would highly recommend! "
