"Stayed for a week at this property with our family. Wonderful place with a lot of greenery and a very well maintained pool. We also used the shuttle service to go to the nearby beach and it was great too. The furnishings in the room were up to date and the air conditioning worked very well. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience "

"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...

"Admittedly, it was out of high season, but this location is a hidden gem. Walking up to the sound of the waves will never get boring. The communication and check-in process was perfect. The only thing that brought my overall review down by one star was the comfort levels of the beds... which, by the end of the week, were making both our backs hurt. But honestly, the location made up for it."

"My family of three (2 adults and child) loved the home very much! Communication with both Jo and Francesco was stellar. The home is quaint and in a pretty private area. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed the proximity to small grocery stores and an easy drive to beautiful beaches. We had never visited Sardinia before, but we would absolutely stay in the home again. I would say that the description could be updated a bit, as there is not much of an ocean view as trees have grown in....

"Von der Buchung bis zum Check out verlief alles reibungslos. Wir konnte sogar 3 Stunden vorab in die Unterkunft kostenlos ein checken, da unsere Flieger schon sehr früh auf Sardinien ankam. "Falling asleep at night listening to the waves crashing was so beautiful, that just explains the location, it really is just off the beach. The property is very secure and has off road parking. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, and when we asked for more pillows, we got them straight away. Our host Stefano was very welcoming and helpful. He even came to our aid with our parking ticket. This holiday did not disappoint, it was memorable."

"The apartment was clean and well situated. Giorgio was attentive and helpful. The one problem was that WiFi was extremely limited and unusable. I had remote work to do and had to use my data plan from the States - very expensive! Other than the WiFi, everything was great."

"The place is very nice with the terasse and the stunning view. Air con is well functioning and the bath room facilities are ok. Nice that the host provided us with beach towels and chairs. However, the place is somewhat over-priced. We booked for five but couldn't get a discount when it showed that we would only be four there. This was within the cancellation limit. The communicarion with the host was unpleasant and hesitant in this process."

"L’abitazione l’abbiamo trovata esattamente come nella descrizione e foto dell’annuncio in tutte le cose indicate. La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibilissima per qualsiasi cosa anche info sulla zona/spiagge/ristoranti.
