Residencial Park is thoughtfully designed on street level, with the entrance located on the first floor. The property boasts two fully independent living floors, each offering privacy and comfort, and features a private swimming pool for your exclusive use.Accommodation Features
The entrance level welcomes you with a modern and functional interior, featuring a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two cozy bedrooms, and two contemporary bathrooms. The ground floor offers additional space with another living room, three spacious bedrooms, and a bathroom, perfect for larger families or groups.
From the living room, you can access the balcony, providing a splendid view of the urbanization and a perfect spot to unwind. The built surface of 160 m2 is situated on a generous plot of 800 m2, offering ample space for relaxation and recreation.

Très confortable

Maison propre et fonctionnelle, il manque juste un micro-ondes dans l'appartement du haut pour être parfait. La piscine est propre et profonde. Seul point noir entrée et sortie de voiture laborieuse le rue est étroite il u a toujours des voitures de garées face au portail des voitures de harres en gace de ma sorti
