  • That Little Lake House will be a memorable getaway for your whole family! Located only 10 minutes from downtown Mabank and Gun Barrel City. Enjoy the covered back porch with seating and a pull down movie screen, fire pit, and gas grill.One bunk bed with full bottom and twin top, night stand, fan, ceiling light, and window

    In the evening you can enjoy a lake fire or enjoy seating on the dock. We have chairs so you don't have to bring them!
    We do have a security camera that faces the driveway and one that faces the lake. These are for safety/security reasons. We also have a door camera.
