気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
To start the code to enter the house never worked. 2 bath towels for 9 people. thankfully only 3 people the first couple of days. but they did deliver more towels the next day after I notified them about it. Lots of bugs in the house. I know there had been a lot of rain, the grass was very high and all of the neighbor's grass had been cut. The worst part of the whole stay was the smell coming from the dishwasher, I notified them the next morning after we checked in, I told them the smell was so bad you could smell it in the entire house. when I let them know, I requested they send someone out ASAP it was horrible. I did tell them it was not my responsibility to deal with this issue. they said they would get someone on it right away; I messaged them again, this time no response. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on VRBO. Finaly the smell got so bad my wife had to put on a mask and clean it herself. evidently no one prepares for incoming guest. Also, the outside cooking area was discussing, and dirty no way would i recommend this rental.
