"Our favorite place to stay when we are in Eindhoven. Nice, clean and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Only disappointment they charged us for the hotel bicycles. It was our first time this happened and we stay at this hotel every time we go to Eindhoven."

"Avoid this hotel if you value sleep and comfort on a warm day. Despite claiming it has air conditioning only a small portion of the facility does. The building where most of the rooms are has None. It is the first time ever that I was forced to leave my hotel room until 11pm when it was starting to cool down. Had zero sleep and paid through the nose for the pleasure. Manager was less than sympathetic. If I could have I would have left and gone to another hotel straight away. Absolutely horrible experience. ."
