I had an amazing stay—check-in was incredibly fast, and the reception was so warm and welcoming. They even offered me a free early check-in and upgraded me to a riverfront tent. The food was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly, and my room was cleaned twice daily. Shila at reception was especially kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. I also want to thank my guide, Hiram, who went above and beyond to find all the animals I wanted to see during the game drives. I truly recommend this camp to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-organized safari stay with a friendly and respectful team.

This was a good hôtel inside Massi Mara park. The food was good, the location was excellent and the hotel was in the middle of the forest next to a river with lots of hippos. I would definitely recommend this place. Extra points for the Masai cultural dance.

Bonjour C'était bien mais franchement j'aurai préféré au lieu d'une personne qui me recules mon siège quand je vais m'asseoir avoir 2 petites bouteille d'eau dans ma chambre tous les jours comme signe de savoir vivre et afin d'accueillir les invités au lieu des 2 bouteilles d'eau sans étiquettes douteuses et potentiellement susceptibles d'empirer votre état de santé que je me suis bien garder de ne pas ouvrir. 3 night stay

Great location within Masai Mara and really wonderful staff. The little more attention to details would go long way. We had a few rainy evenings and dining room hall was like characterless school canteen. Food was good especially their home grown vegetables.

This camp is located inside the Maasai Mara safari. I was driving relationship small Toyota Fielder that would probably break on the Park's roads. I paid $200 to a Jeep driver to take me from the gate to Fig Tree Camp. It was already 7 pm when I arrived at the gate and the park authorities charged me full $450 to drive to the Camp. The only bright memories I have are of the animals I saw during the drive and an excellent guide/driver Jonathan.

This place is awesome! The tented structure was awesome and the bathrooms attached to each structure were modern and clean. After just a few short hours of being there, the Maasai guards knew who we were and where our tent was. At night when it was dark, they would walk with with us shining a light to make sure we could see. The food was 10/10. When I went to the bar and asked for a bottle of water for my room, they brought it to my tent. The whole staff was so friendly and the service was outstanding! I definitely hope to return because it was such a great experience. They also had a really cool traditional Maasai dance one night during dinner.

Food was good but our room and bathroom were infested with bees. We were not told that drinks at dinner time had to be paid. So it was surprising to see a check after a cup of juice. Something was hitting our walls the entire night so we could barely sleep. But the view and atmosphere were nice.

Nice stay

The hotel was good , tent was nice , people were so friendly especially Paul and Jackson the chefs , however the food variety and quality was not so good

Fantastic Mara Getaway

I had some trouble with my park entrance fee, but Kerore, the manager, smoothed everything over and ensured that my stay was wonderful! Danson made daily cocktail specials and Daniel, the chef, was accommodating of special dietary needs and was eager to present us with delicious food that would fuel us for our game drives. Jonathan was our driver, and he was knowledgeable, safe, curious and kind. It was a fantastic experience for my group of friends while we re-connected.

Amazing safari camp in the Mara

Beautiful spot at one with nature with hippos right outside our tent, incredibly attentive staff and incredible game drives. Nice pool area.Wifi is good when it's on at lunchtime a s dinner time. Vegetarian options are also very good.
