This unusual accommodation is located 35 minutes from Saumur, its castle and troglodyte dwellings. As a couple or with the family, take advantage of your stay to visit the Doué-en-Anjou Biopark (15 minutes), the Maulévrier Oriental Park (20 minutes), the Petite Cité de Caractère (Small Town of Character) in Montreuil-Bellay and its castle (30 minutes), or the Puy du Fou (45 minutes). Wine lovers can also explore the Haut-Layon wine tourism trail (Vihiers/Doué-en-Anjou = 66 km) and discover the region's cultural heritage and vineyards.
The 17m² caravan includes a main room with a dining area and a kitchenette (2 hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle), a 140x190cm bed in an alcove, and two 80x190cm beds that also serve as benches. The bathroom has a shower, a vanity unit, and a toilet. A garden furniture set with a barbecue is available under the private, unoverlooked covered patio, located a few meters from the caravan.
The owners offer access to the swimming pool located in front of their house, which is shared with the gîte. Conditions: Accessible from 10 [hidden] to 12 [hidden] and from 2 [hidden] to 6 [hidden], from late April to early October (weather permitting). 4m x 8m, depth from 1.10m to 1.50m. Unheated, but swimming is possible under the low shelter. Deckchairs and a lounge area are available.
The pétanque court, swing set, and children's playground are shared with the La Bodinerie gîte, located on the same property.
