"I have a few things to mention. There was a huge wad of hair in bathroom. The fan for the heat/air was so loud. Impossible to sleep. I couldn’t get the clerk to give me a receipt since I booked through Expedia. And Expedia doesn’t return my emails. I need these for taxes as this trip was for medical needs. "

We appreciated the elevator - 2 seniors Laurence in charge of breakfast was terrific as was the food. A lovely selection of pastries and hot items. Delicious! All the staff we interacted with were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We will be back!"

"The hot tub was good , water was a little foggy but still acceptable. Kitchen had most requirements except for BBQ flipper and functional can opener. More kindling to start fire would be better. "
