Sleeping area upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a 160 bed, a large storage cupboard, ideal for 2 people
- 1 bedroom with a 140 bed, perfect for one person,
- 1 bathroom with bath and toilet.

Exterior: You will have the chance to enjoy a large 18m² terrace facing south-west, equipped with garden furniture and a large table for convivial meals.

Neighborhood: The Vill'arborea is located in the very administrative district of Gerland, and more precisely of Jean Jaurès, close to transport, shops and restaurants.
The metro is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Part Dieu station is located on the same line, just 4 stops away, you will be 1 metro stop from Jean Macé and the T2 tram leading you straight to Perrache station, and 4 stops from Place Bellecour.

If you travel by car, Jean Jaurès car park is located 7 minutes away on foot. It is free but limited to 100 spots. Otherwise you can find free parking spots around the apartment.

Vill'Arborea is managed by Cocoonr agency in Lyon and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will present the apartment, its functioning and will give you the keys.

Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on your arrival.

To start your stay, we offer you some coffee pods, and some tea bags and herbal tea.
