Splendid atypical gite located on a former stone quarry, in the Beaujolais Pierres Dorées area, near Lyon. It has been laid out in converted vat-room on same property as owners' house. Accessed from private parking via metal spiral staircase. Entrance via large private terrace facing South. Living room (kitchen/ dining/ lounge areas), laundry room, separate WC. On the mezzanine : leisure area (TV, DVD player with USB port, books), sofa bed to provide extra sleeping arrangement for 1 person or 2 with extra charge of 40 euros for the 1st night & 20 euros/following night (including sheets) to be paid on site. Lower floor : hall (storage area/dressing room), 2 bedrooms with private facilities (160 cm bed, private shower room including WC), (two 90 x 200cm beds, private bathroom including WC). Cot. Outdoors : fenced private terrace (72 sq.m.), garden shared with owners (goalposts, swing, poultry house).

le gîte est très grand,calme et bien équipé (lave vaisselle,lave linge,dvd,wifi,linge de lits ,de toilettes....une place de parking privatif très bonne accueil de la part de la propriétaire,propreté nickel,15kms de LYON parfait Top
