The room was clean. Check in was quick and easy.

Arriving at the hotel was the least impressive but the hotel lobby was beautiful and the staff very helpful. Our vehicle was too tall for the garage, and staff made sure there was space for us outside the main lobby. The room was huge and the view amazing. Very roomy. From what I read the rooms were once time shares, so meant for longer stays. If you smoke there’s a huge outdoor area on the same level as the bar and indoor swimming pool, billiards room, TV room and Gym. The hotel gave off a sort of classic, well made feeling in comparison to the cookie cutter hotel chains. I’m not much of a gambler but if you are you do not need to go far find it. Hotel was great for walkability, near excellent restaurants and the River.

Looks like a new facility, not some run down warm over.

Staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and gave a home like feel which is nice when youre traveling. We didnt use any of the amenities, so no pros or cons for that. I look forward to staying there again in the future.
