"First of all, the house was what was expected from the add. There were a couple of issues we noticed. First the television in the primary suite would not work and had to be unplugged to just turn it off. Second, the shower curtain in the second bathroom needs to be replaced, it has a nasty red film on the lower part. Overall, the house was clean and we were pleased with it.One issue of inconvenience was I spoke to the host briefly because I was having trouble finding the email with the address and access code. I did find it after a bit and asked if my daughter with three young children might be able to check in early; however, she said check in was 4:00 and she would let me know if it became available earlier. My daughter showed up at 4:00 and the code we were provided did not work. I tried to reach out to the host again, but could not get in touch. At 5:30 PM, the host sent me a text and said the house was "ready" and she provided a different code from the previous code. This was quite the inconvenience for my daughter and grandchildren who had to find some place to go for an hour and a half. I also sent the host another question I had and it has not been three days and she has never responded. That is the reason for the two star rating in that category."
