I wish the water was hotter, had to ask to have room cleaned after 1st day as housekeeping did not come. Very responsive though when inquiries made.

The property looks much better inside than out Was just a couple of blocks to get to boston commons and T transportation. Staff was really nice

I really enjoyed my stay at the Charles. Initially, they gave me a connecting room. In the adjacent room, apparently there was a dog as he barked frequently. I asked especially for a quiet room and was really upset that i was put in a room next to a barking dog. Then, I called them and they immediately moved me a much quieter room. From there on, the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Thanks.
