Great rooms and friendly staff

It’s a great new ( for us) place n Vancouver. Perfect location. Two good coffee houses nearby. Very good breakfast ( highly recommend to add the breakfast option to your room price) the breakfast being prepared very well. Worth every penny. Coffee was not up to my standards ( they have a good roast but no clue how to make it, it’s ok, because you have two excellent coffee houses nearby. We stayed in one bedroom suite, it was like a luxury apartment with a very well organized space. The art, is questionable, but didn’t get on my nerves much. Everything else was top notch. Bathroom size and bathtub was pleasing to my taste. Pool is shallow, but spa outside is very nice. Stuff is excellent. Super nice and kind. We fell like we’ve stayed at the friend’s place. I am telling all my friends about this hotel. The Mod 52 was excellent. We had Peking Duck and many other dishes and all were delicious.

Place is great except there is no smart tv. The tv’s are very old and no smart capability.

Great spot, great value

Everything was great for the most part, location is ideal. Room was clean and the fitness / pool facility is very nice. The bed was just not very comfortable and could use an update.
