Water View is one of the few three bedroom holiday apartments located at Lynmouth Holiday Apartments Complex. This stunning, three bedroom, top floor apartment comfortably sleeps up to six and also welcomes dogs. The apartment, which is dual aspect benefits from some of the best views capturing the Bristol Channel from the front and the wooded valley to the side.
Tastefully decorated throughout, the luxury apartment, which is set over just one floor has a large open plan living area that lets in plenty of light thanks to its multiple windows and large patio doors that open onto a wrap around balcony. The lounge at Water View has a large, comfy sofa, as well as a wood burning stove and a wall-mounted TV, whilst the dining area features a stylish table and chairs to comfortably seat six. The kitchen is fully-equipped and comes with a wide range of appliances, such as a fridge, a freezer, an electric cooker and hob, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine; there is also a good collection of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Doors open out from the living area onto the wrap around balcony from which the sea and valley views can be beautifully captured. On the balcony guests will find outdoor furniture, including a dining table and chairs.
Water View has three good sized bedrooms, the first of these is the Master, which has zip and link beds that allow it to be set up as either a king size double or a twin depending on guest requirements, this bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. Next door is a twin bedroom, and finally there is a double, both these bedrooms share the family bathroom, which is fitted with a shower, a wash basin and a WC.
Whilst staying at Water View, guests can take advantage of an off road car parking space and direct access to a private pathway that leads down the hillside and into the village of Lynmouth.
At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including;

Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time. We also have a dedicated BBQ area.
