「The bathtub was disgusting, the room was dirty, holes in the walls. No airport shuttle. Staff were rude and not helpful. Place does not have an elevator, you have to lug your stuff up flights of stairs, if you are unlucky to not be on the first floor. The host was non-responsive. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed out. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!」

「We went to Syracuse for the Syracuse nationals car show. Approximately five days before we left, I asked the host if there was an outside grill. I was told that there would be one there.. We were one hour outside of Syracuse when I texted the host to ask about keys and a lockbox. I got a text back that stated we were supposed to have been there five days previous. Needless to say, that statement gave me a few more gray hairs. After a few more text messages, the host finally got it right. I would...

「This property was not as advertised - it was supposed to be an apartment with a King Size bed and Non-Smoking.
It was NOT an apartment.
It had a king size bed with dirt on the covers.
It stank of smoke.
We immediately left the room to check out and while we were talking to the front desk, a dog urinated on the floor in the same area..
We left immediately.
I have requested a full refund from the VIRBO owner and have not received anything yet.」
