Liberty Graduation 2025

The property is beautiful and the house is a darling old farmhouse that was so cozy and homey. The hosts are wonderful people, with whom we had the privilege of visiting with during our stay. We stayed here for our son’s graduation from Liberty University, which is a 30 minute drive from the property. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

LUCOM Graduation Trip

Our family of five adults stayed for my son’s graduation from LUCOM. Preston and Judy were super friendly and kind. The property is gorgeous! It was the perfect place to stay for us. The house had all the comforts of home. It was wonderful living in the country for a few days and taking many beautiful photos. Highly recommend! If we ever make it back to Lynchburg, we will stay here again.

Bucolic escape in Virginia

A beautiful and peaceful stay in beautiful country. We came here from many different states for a wedding and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. The owners were delightful and very welcoming. It was truly an oasis of peace during a hectic time.

Great visit to the farmhouse

We had such a nice time. The farmhouse is large, well equipped and updated, with a few old fashioned touches to preserve its character. It's very peaceful with no close neighbors.The view is almost as good as being on the parkway. The parkway in this area is spectacular. Our favorite was seeing the "Star" in Roanoke.Our thanks to the Laynes. I hope we were good guests.

This little sweet home is the perfect place to stay. Actually a dream come true! Nestled on a little hill between gorgeous mountains! The views are what I would love to wake up to everyday. Slept cozy and enjoyed every minute! Highly recommend!

Incredible Place for a Wedding

We originally had another place booked deep in the mountains that got snowed in. We were able to book this location in the nick of time and we just cant say enough good things about the location, the views and Mr. And Mrs. Layne. Everything worked out perfect and I dont think it could have possibly gone better. Thanks to both of you for letting us have our wedding there.

Wonderful visit

We had a wonderful time staying here. The view was incredible and our 6 kids loved having room to run around outside. It was so nice to meet Preston and Judy as well. We were in town for my cousins wedding and had extra time to explore the area. We plan to come back for another visit in the future.
