"Wir hatten das Haus wegen der üppigen Ausstattung und Nähe zum Wasser ausgewählt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Der Eigentümer war zufällig selbst vor Ort und hat uns alles umfassend erklärt. Weil ein Fahrrad einen Platten hatte, hat er kurzfristig neue Ventile besorgt. "The apartment was spacious, clean and cozy! Great location, lots of natural light with floor to ceiling windows. Right on the beach, mini golf and best ice cream in Åhus are right by the apartment. Close to grocery stores and local bakeries. The hosts, Anna and Robert were very fast responding to messages!"

Der Zustand ist nicht sauber und renovierungsbedürftig, notwendige Instandhaltung der Treppe vor dem Haus und das Geländer zum Gästehaus nicht durchgeführt . Nicht nutzbare Küchenutensilien wurden nicht aussortiert.Das Geschirr ist abgestoßen und zerkratzt. Bei Regen ist der Holzboden draußen sehr rutschig. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war das untere Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer durch Schimmel nicht...

"Wir haben 6 Tage in dem kleinen Ferienhaus verbracht und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus steht zwischen vielen Bäumen in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind sehr liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zwischen den Häusern leben Hasen und Eichhörnchen über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Natur dort ist wunderschön. Man kann Radeltouren unternehmen oder in Nähe im Stenshuvud Nationalpark wandern gehen....

"We enjoyed our stay here, it's quiet, cozy and clean. Very close to the beach that is nice and not over crowded as we only seen a few people. But the weather wasn't the best for the time we were there in early July unfortunately. The owner was very nice. He met us at the property to give us a run through on the property, how everything worked and where things were. The front dining room is particularly nice, big with warm lighting if desired for dinner, ect. Overall it was a relaxing and easy...
