"I stayed here primarily for the view, and it exceeded my expectations. The view from the room was unparalleled, without any obstructions from others. The ambiance within the facility was truly charming, and the food was delicious. The staff's attention to detail and service were top-notch. I'm not fluent in English, but I was relieved to find staff who could speak Japanese. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning by sleeper bus from Hanoi and they kindly allowed me to take a shower. The only downside was that I found a few cockroaches in the room. However, I believe this might be common for hotels in this area. They did provide insect spray when I mentioned it."
