"During the stay the room was Okay. But while we were cleaning before check-out we noticed cockroaches on the room which was not a big deal but still concerning. The room was clean but there were some areas that were dirty and dusty when we checked-in. Overall for the price it was good enough to sleep and rest. The directions was a little confusing since the streets were not that narrow but once we arrived the staff was helpful and kind which made the experience feel better."

The Peninsula Manila

"When we arrived there were a band playing in the lobby, we could hear or talk to the reception desk in a normal voice, we almost had to yelling to each other. Before they had band played at the upstairs where they have a stage for them. Lobby is for the guests to get service. We love music and think it is a good idea and very nice to the guests. But what about when guest need to talk to the front desk?"

"Negative - There’s no convenient shop around the area. It’s also quite a distance walk to the nearest mall(Ayala Mall). The entry and exit sign of the hotel was not visible enough. The level 5 smoking area is closed after 10pm, so if you need to smoke you have to exit the hotel at Level 1. Halal option is also limited. Check in process could be quicker as i had to wait almost 30-45 min just to check in and there was like 3 people in front of me. The mini fridge is not cold at all. Positive - Lovely and helpful staff. Very efficient when you need any help or assistance. Hotel is super clean as well. Rooms are great, the beds and pillows were nice and soft. Breakfast spread was great but again limited halal option. It’s also nice to see the labelling of food with different dietary. Honey lime or honey calamansi drink was amazing would highly recommend everyone to try it. Overall it was a great 5 days stay for me."
