"The stay would have been excellent all around were it not for an incident that happened after dining in the cafe. After finishing as much of my chicken parmigiana as I could, I asked that the rest of it be placed in a container to take with me. There was quite a bit of chicken, broccoli, and mashed potatoes left over. I didn't bother to look in the container when it was brought to me, but later that evening when I was going to re-heat those leftovers, I found all the chicken and broccoli had been removed, leaving just the mashed potatoes. I brought it to the attention of the supervisor of the morning dining staff who said he "would look into it" and follow up with me. Of course that didn't happen. Other than that act of thievery, my stay was excellent. I am not sure if all of the rooms overlook the airport, but definitely try to get one that does."

"Best location esp for nightlife and travel needs (laundry, food, bank). Staff is wonderful. But property is older and it shows. Elevator is slow, fitness center is hot (low working ac), pool is small. Property is very well maintained and is undergoing room renovations. But stayed in two different original rooms and ac is hit/miss in both. I would stay again because of value, location, and service. But probably not for the amenities."
