「The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. Then the front desk staff mentioned, that we should be reminded that the WiFi is just a complimentary and...

「空港から歩いて行けるホテルです。 空港に着いたら左側へ、アライバルフロアのKFCへ向かって近くの階段を登ったらショッピングモール、ホテル方面への渡り廊下があります。 ホテルのスタッフフレンドリーで親切です。 ホテル周りにはローカルな市場や商店が多数あります。 そしてマクドナルド、フィリピンのローカルファストフード？みたいなものもあります。またスーパーマーケット、洗濯屋、薬局などあるので困りません。 チェックアウト後にも荷物の預かりを行ってくれてます。 マニラの滞在だけでなく、到着日、最終日、トランジットの宿泊にも最適です。 ジムへ行かれる方にも嬉しいことに、anytime fitness があります。」

「Horrible disgusting property. False Check-in time (site says 2pm but was informed 3pm). Messed up my reservation so had a different room that was smaller. Staff blamed Expedia, but that’s very hard to believe especially since Expedia has been top notch with my reservation requests with no issues. Toilet had no toilet seat, shower had exposed electrical wire and felt absolutely disgusting and dirty. Super hot and humid with weak AC. Extra bed is just a very thin mattress on the floor. Friends...
