"I’ll start with the positives. The house has been done very well and every room has everything a guest would need during their stay. The property was very clean and the communal areas were absolutely great. However, the person who showed us to our rooms, I assume the manager or the owner of the house, came back to the property around 10pm and was very loudly talking on the phone to family on loudspeaker which was very distracting and made us unable to actually sleep. The washing machine was also on until 11pm and the sound in that house transfers sooo easily from one room to another. Apart from that the property is great and very convenient for Luton airport"
