The accommodation
The Hameau D'Augustine consists of,

- a house completely renovated and decorated with care. It is organized as follows, on the first floor:
- a large living room, opening onto a shaded terrace. This living room consists of a comfortable living room with wood stove (functional), a large dining room table (accommodating up to 12 guests), an open kitchen, perfectly equipped,
- a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron),
- a bedroom (double bed) with its en-suite shower room and private toilet.
- a toilet.
Upstairs,
- an open room, such as a playroom/relaxation/cinema area, for the happiness of children and parents!
- a dormitory with 3 single beds,
- a bedroom (double bed 160*200), with a view of the vineyard,
- another bedroom with a view of the vineyard (double bed 160*200+ traditional baby bed, with bars)
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
- a bathroom with bathtub.

- an independent cottage (only a few meters from the House), consisting of a bright living room including a living room, dining room, kitchen (with wood stove), a bathroom (shower and toilet), a bedroom (bed 160*200) on the mezzanine.

The Hameau de la Maison D'Augustine can accommodate up to 11 adults and 2 babies.

The exteriors consist of a large shaded and equipped terrace (table & chairs, deck chairs) at the front of the House (living room side) as well as a large shaded and equipped terrace (deck chairs), on the side of the house, and opening onto the swimming pool. The park, open to the vineyard, gives you the opportunity to practice different games with your family or to relax in the shade of the large trees.
The swimming pool is 3m by 9m (with a 1m wide beach) and is heated by a solar shutter.
A plancha is at your disposal.

The swimming pool and its semi-shaded terrace area offers you a magnificent panorama of the Lussac-Saint-Emilion vineyards.


A space to park vehicles is also available.
Traveler access
Guests have access to all the spaces of the Cottage and the Maison D'Augustine, only a storage room under the staircase of the House remains secure.
Other remarks
The Hameau D'Augustine is located in the heart of the Lussac-Saint-Emilion vineyards, it is surrounded by vineyards. You can be the spectator of maintenance, cleaning or treatment actions of the vineyard that surrounds the House and the Cottage.

The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning of each of the spaces as well as the provision of bed linen, towels and basic/welcome products.

For families with babies, we are pleased to provide 1 wooden cot, with bars, in one of the double bedrooms on the first floor of the house as well as a travel cot, in the desired space. A high chair is also available.
Stairs remain dangerous spaces for young children and for which we ask for all the vigilance of parents.

The Hameau D'Augustine can be rented in its entirety (House + Cottage) but the different accommodations can also be rented independently, do not hesitate to contact us to find out more.
