"I had a wonderful stay at The OQ in Lusail. The hotel is brand new, and it truly reflects that with its elegant decoration and high-quality furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel had a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout. The staff were friendly and cooperative, making the stay even more enjoyable.
However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The coffee machine in the room was not functioning, and even after the hotel replaced it, it still didn’t work properly....

"I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back same time next year.

Finally a legit 5 star hotel! I had an outstanding experience at Raffles Qatar in their Gulf Signature Suite. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff—they truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and cared for. The team is highly trained, attentive, and dedicated to providing the best service possible. Check-in was quick, efficient and the same attendant met me in the suite for completion of payment and extension of stay! We had daily laundry services and the team was extremely punctual. Special thank you to Abdullah Al Mamun who assisted with packing our laundry at the last night of our stay.
The atmosphere is top-notch and the attention to detail in guest treatment is clear from start to finish. Every part of my visit felt luxurious and comfortable, giving me a true five-star experience. I highly recommend Raffles Qatar for anyone seeking exceptional service and hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again!
