"Found the perfect stopover for our drive down to the South of France. The apartment was really well appointed and was really impressed with the setting and facilities. The cathedral backdrop just added to the experience and was the best alarm clock for our check out the next morning. Was a shame it was just a brief stay, and we’ll be sure to check the availability on our next French adventure. Great apartment, and superb hosts … merci"

"Nous n’avons jamais reçu le code de la boîte à clé du logement, le loueur n’a jamais répondu à tous nos messages. Comme le descriptif précise que nous recevrons le code le jour même (une belle arnaque bien préparée) nous n’avons pas pu annuler et reprendre une autre resa dans ce lieu recule de la France sans possibilité d’hébergement . "We stayed for 5 nights to recuperate on our European tour. Amazing traditional property with lots of space for 5 children, and outside space for dining with use of the BBQ. We loved the outside space and pool to cool off - so much space. Relaxing, calm and tranquil. Fabien was on site if we needed anything. It felt very much like home for us with the animals and greeted by the dog when we came home each day."

"Brit Hotel not helpful during emergency situation. Not responding to emails and calls prior to check in. Customers stayed outside the hotel waiting too long for calls and customers kept knocking the door to check in and no one opens the door. Customers no choice but look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Cancelled 2nd day check in due to bad experiences and upsetting situation with Brit hotel. Hotel.com must cancel contract with them."

"It didn’t say anywhere that this apartment is part of an old age home. The pictures of the communal spaces for the property are for the use of the care home residents. All of the property facilities are clearly for elderly residents. The shower room is designed for wheelchair users. I’d understand if the property was advertised as being designed for disabled people, but it is just because it is part of a care home. They are clearly just renting out rooms they’ve been unable to sell to elderly residents. Most of the things in the room had been bought from Amazon Basics, so you have an idea of the level of investment and care going into the property. The apartment was filled with bugs crawling all over the walls and windows and we couldn’t wait to leave. Not exactly an apartment, and certainly somewhere you’d want to spend as little time as possible."
