「Loved the house, it was comfy and charming just like the pictures. Staying in the early winter it was peaceful and quiet, the swans and geese honking on the lake the only occasional sound. The local food recommendations were fantastic. Would love to come back someday.」

「My second stay in under a month. They didn’t replenish the towels, empty the trash or straighten the bed. I’m not talking changing the sheets just remaking the bed. No personal items were left on the bed. When I asked for towels I was only given one set even though there were 2 people registered in our room.」

「We arrived late. (8:30) When we came in, we rang a bell and a gentleman came from the neck room and checked us in. The room door had 3 locks on it for some reason. It was an old motel and the furnishings looked second hand and unmatched. The sheets did not match ( top and bottom different but they looked clean. It was obvious from bugs (dead and alive) behind the entry and bathroom doors that they do not clean behind the doors. The mirror was also dirty. There was ample parking. We were...
