「Cloud 9 hotel is a newly built hotel in the heart of luoyang nanda street which is the largest night market in the city. The place is cozy blend with modern and historical architecture which makes this place very enjoyable to stay with. 「Fantastic location to the train station. The area was close distance by taxi to shopping mall and eateries. It’s a short ride away to the grottoes. Staff were lovely and spoke some English. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lovely variety with flavours of the East and West. 」

「スタッフさんは日本語も英語もほとんど話せませんが、通訳アプリで熱心にコミュニケーションをとってくれました。交通についても調べて提案してくれたり、とても助かりました。水周りも清潔で、部屋も満足です。ただ、冷蔵庫がなかったので少し困りました。冷蔵庫とWiFi環境がもう少し良くなればさらにいいと思います。」
