Located only two minutes walk from the main street of Lumsden our cozy two bedroom cottage offers warm, comfortable accommodation in a great location for exploring Southland.
You will love relaxing on the sunny deck in the private backyard and there is a BBQ supplied.
Only a short distance from the Oreti river and a short drive to a large number of fishing spots it is a perfect base for a fishing holiday or just a relaxing get away. It is also perfectly situated on the round the mountain cycle trail.

Lovely and clean cottage which was perfect for 2 fishermen. We had a great time with good fishing in the Mataura and Waikhia rivers.

Great spot. Especially if you love fishing. There are tons on great fishing within 30 minute or less. The cabin is cozy with lots of kitchen amenities. Plenty of towels and easy check in. Has a bbq grill and wood burning stove. Loved it. Beautiful spot.
