1. Apartmenthotel Sleep INN

Geesthacht

"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. When we asked for soap to wash our hands in the bathroom, we were told there was no soap. Very unsanitary. In the pictures, coffee and tea packets were...

PHNX Aparthotel Hamburg

Hamburg-Harburg

10/10 Excellent

The room were very modern. I was very surprised of how nice they looked after walking into the lobby and seeing the added ramp and the 2 worn out chairs I was like oh oh. But after going into the elevator room and getting into our room I was like NICE. Very nice and clean. The only issue is that the shower is a bit too small and when you have the windows open the skunk smell from that type of smoking cones in. So if you staying during the summer I do t know how you get some cool air into the...

Pierdrei Hotel HafenCity Hamburg

Hamburg City Center

10/10 Excellent

We stayed at the Pierdrei at the beginning of our trip and the end. The second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. This time we stayed on a different floor and the hallway decor was so colorful, artful and quirky. There were miniature scenes on the wall like those at the Miniature Wonderworld in Hamburg. We went to the rooftop and enjoyed a beautiful view of the Spiecherstadt. We liked the snack room where you could get various drinks and snacks 24/7. Staff, as before, were enjoyable. Would...

10/10 Excellent

Was here for a week (5 days) for a business trip in late August 2016. After two days of ordering room service for dinner the staff got to know me and offered to send up something from the hotel's restaurant instead of the regular room service menu. Such a nice gesture. There were several other little things the staff also did to make my stay excellent. In addition to the staff, the hotel is well situated downtown. It is in walking distance of many locations but also within a 5 minute walk...
