The apartment accommodation is above average with a large kitchen area, extra pillows and lots of cost hangers. Free coffee was available all day from the dining area. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The dining area environment was basic as was the breakfast, excellent for Continental but poor for an English.

Great hotel in a good area 2 mins walk away from the subway Free tea / coffee in the reception available 24/7 The staff we met were friendly We stayed in a basic studio room which had plenty of space and a kitchenette including dishwasher and fridge Definitely recommend both the hotel and the area

The stay was comfortable with easy access to transportation and dining. We opted for connecting rooms for our children and we got twin beds rather than a double bed for us and single beds for our kids. Otherwise the hotel met all our needs.

Great location for Christmas Markets and sightseeing. Hotel also has free water available and tea, coffee, hot chocolate machine which is great. Would highly recommend this hotel

The room was comfortable, the breakfasts varied and delicious. We hired hotel bikes for 24 hours for €14 each. All staff (except one man) were friendly and helpful. It was next to lovely St Michaelis church and walking distance to centre and docks. I would recommend this hotel.

Perfect stay in the center

Perfect apartment, nice kitchen and very good and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the parking was fully booked which was very enoying. Hotel very close in walking distance from both reberbahn and the city hall.

Appreciated healthy breakfast options, cleanliness, kettle, safe, morning desk staff, comfortable bed & pillows, location walkable to sites. Waited about 30 minutes upon arrival for any staff to appear in lobby. With that, there could be security concerns as the front door was opening for anyone. Then was given room whose connection to TV was down & had light fixtures that didn't work making room too dark to do work. So had to repack everything & move. Moved to room on 1st floor off the 6 lane traffic on street. Despite the check in & room issues, they wanted to charge me more for a room off the street.

All in all we were happy with our stay. The location was excellent. The room had a nice layout and look, but needed a more thorough cleaning in the corners. The bed was very comfortable, but unfortunately the sofa bed was neither comfortable as a sofa or a bed. The staff was nice and helpful.
