Wir haben Ende Oktober 2025 eine Nacht im Dormero Hotel Altes Kaufhaus in Lüneburg verbracht. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und geschmacklich gut. Das Haus zeigte sich insgesamt in einem abgewohnten Zustand. In zwei verschiedenen Zimmern traten ähnliche Mängel auf, darunter verfärbte oder schimmlige Fugen in der Dusche sowie Staub und Spinnweben. In den Fluren waren sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren erkennbar, etwa beschädigte Wände und ein unebener Boden unter dem Teppich. Auch im Frühstücksbereich bestand Verbesserungsbedarf bei Hygiene und Organisation. Einige Wurstwaren lagen ungekühlt aus, Mitarbeiter trugen keine erkennbare Arbeitskleidung und rauchten vor den Gästen. Trotz des freundlichen Servicepersonals bleibt der Gesamteindruck unseres Aufenthalts leider enttäuschend und entspricht nicht dem beworbenen Standard.

Personal freundlich, Zimmer groß und mit toller Aussicht, Reinigung nur auf Bestellung-perfekt [ich finde es nervig, wenn jeden Tag jemand ins Zimmer kommt und rumräumt :-)] Wir hatten nur 1x im Hotel gefrühstückt, weil es so zentral gelegen ist und man in der Altstadt viele kleine tolle Cafés und Bäckereien findet...

Meine Frau und ich haben den Aufenthalt im DORMERO genossen. Das Hotel ist trotz der Stadtnähe ruhig,vor allem während der Nacht. Parkplätze direkt neben dem Hotel könnten etwas preiswerter sein.

An dem Wochenende unseres Aufenthalts gab es im gesamten Hotel kein warmes Wasser. Der Ausfall war der Rezeption bereits bei unserem Eintreffen bekannt. Dass die Heizung ausfallen kann, ok. Aber Ihre Kommunikation dazu war und ist eine Katastrophe. 1. Warum informiert man uns nicht beim Check in darüber? Zu dem Zeitpunkt war das Problem schon bekannt! 2. Bei der auf der Willkommens-Info angegebenen Telefonnummer ging nie jemand dran. Wir haben es 5 x probiert (immer mit Freizeichen!). Keine Reaktion! 3. Die Email-Adresse zum Feedback ist ein Fail. Mails dorthin werden ohne weitere Aktion zurückgewiesen! 4. Die überforderte Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hatte keine Lösung und hat an Sie verwiesen. Ein offensiver und transparenter Umgang mit dem Problem sowie passende Lösungsansätze wären hilfreich gewesen. Stattdessen wurde das Problem verschwiegen und man hat sich kommunikativ tot gestellt! Da das Problem im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes nicht mehr gelöst wurde, erwarten wir eine Ermäßigung/Entschädigung für diese Leistungs- bzw. Qualitätsminderung. Die Frankfurter Tabelle empfiehlt hier eine Entschädigung von 20 Prozent.
