Pets: Have a furry friend? We allow up to two small, hypoallergenic dogs for a fee. Please reach out if you intend to bring any animals.
Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: There's a total of 2 AC units available at the house. There is a tower AC unit in the living-room and a window AC unit in the upstairs hallway. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Pets: Your pups are welcome! There’s a one-time, non-refundable fee of $150 plus tax for one dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional. We kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that owners clean up after them. Please note: we can only accommodate small dogs up to 35 lbs. If your are planning to bring more than 3 dogs, reach out before booking so we can check with the homeowner. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
