"The place was fantastic for our group of 10 friends for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend.I would add, however:- hot tub in master bathroom out of order- pool and spa out of order and pool cover strewn across pool when we got there. It was winter when we visited so a swim was unlikely, but the spa might have been nice- air con control unit upstairs touchscreen partially broken, required a lot of experimentation to get working- cracks in tennis court; still very playable though- cleaner sat idling at the top of the driveway in full view of the windows for the 20 minutes before checkout time on our final morning, which felt a little rude.Overall the place is excellent but could probably use a bit more general maintainence, or the listing should make clearer which amenities are and are not available.Otherwise it was tidy, great layout, and would definitely stay again. Caveats are worth noting, but can absolutely be worked around. I imagine the pool is probably up and running in summer."
