"Expedia sucks! This hotel was inhabitable and we did not stay here! The place was filthy and the room was horrifying, with feces, hair, blood, and mold throughout the room. The shower did not work and the faucet fell off. Blood on the sheets and on the floor. Looked like a crime scene. Could not get a staff member on the phone and had to track down an employee who refused to look at the room. She removed our reservation because the room was completely filthy. We want a refund immediately. We had to find another hotel to stay at for the evening! Shame on Expedia!"

"The hotel itself was beautiful and the property was well maintained. However, my experience at checkout completely ruined what would have otherwise been a great stay. Before leaving, I specifically asked if there were any remaining charges and requested a printout of my bill. I was told there was nothing due except a $35 resort fee and that I didn’t need a receipt. About an hour after leaving, I checked my account and saw that my credit card had been charged nearly $400. To make matters worse, this was not even the original card used for the reservation—my wife had already paid in full. My card was only provided at check-in. I had to drive an hour back to the hotel, and staff could not give a clear explanation for the charge. There was no manager available, and I was simply told the money would be refunded in several days. Unacceptable handling of a serious billing issue. Nice property, but the lack of accountability and professionalism at checkout is a major concern."

"Room was clean if somewhat tired. Had issues making the shower work. WiFi was good if annoying having to constantly sign in. Front desk staff were really nice especially the lady from Haiti and one who spoke Portuguese (sorry not good with names). Breakfast was sufficient for continental"

"The property looks great! I specifically loved the very large bathroom. The shower was huge with a bench and the water pressure was spot on. It was also wonderful to have a patio door in the bedroom. Loved the remote controlled blinds. The front desk staff were very kind and responded quickly to our requests. I would absolutely stay at this property again."

"Too much construction around the area the view is not good. No parking next to the hotel you will have to park at a garage separate from the hotel a few blocks down. Not comfortable if traveling in car with slot of luggage’s and children. "
