I also spent a significant amount of time trying to determine whether I was in the correct apartment. When I arrived, there was an extra set of keys and an envelope left on the counter, but it was not addressed to me, which added to the confusion. However, the apartment was very clean, organized and smelled great! Bed was comfortable and cozy. "

"This is a family-run business in the heart of Bethesda. Not fancy but run by a nice bunch of folks. Easy access to the NIH by shuttle. Close to two grocery stores and lots of restaurants. "

I want to single out Christina for being especially wonderful. She has that something extra which makes you want to be a loyal customer. The manager has put together an amazing crew and really knows how to create a team atmosphere. Everyone who works at the reception area was exemplary in their performance. Very grateful for how I was treated during my week-long stay. The housekeeping staff was also quite fantastic. The room was immaculate upon entry and stayed that way over the course of seven nights. Also, the high quality of the mattress gave me some of my best sleep in months. At the end of my stay, I proposed to the mattress but was told that it wasn't ready for that sort of commitment yet. Sigh!"
