"Appartement bien situé dans Bellac et plutot bien rénové. Spacieux et agréable (déco assez chargée mais c'est une affaire de gout). En revanche GROS BEMOL de l'appartement, il n'y a pas de porte à la salle de bain mais juste un rideau. Ce n'est juste pas possible en termes d'intimité. Je ne sais pas qui a eu cette idée mais SVP mettez une porte. Que ce soit entre amis, en famille ou en pro, personne n'a envie qu'on l'entende faire ses besoins."

"We stayed here for a couple of nights on our way further south in France.The location is so quiet and pretty and the fenced garden meant we could relax and not worry about the dog or the kids wandering too far. The pool is ideal for small kids with a clever ladder which means when you don’t want them to get in you can remove the ladder. "We spent a week at this lovely holiday home. It's comprised of 2 2-bedroomed cottages attached to each other but with separate kitchen and bathroom facilities. "Everything you need for a wind-down in the country. All you could need is provided in the clean and comfortable gite. Not quite silence - there are sheep a couple of fields away and the hum of insects gorging on the flowers. Walks through the fields and woods in the area from the front door. Genial hosts with good local knowledge, friendly and discrete. "

"Very nice property, lots of space. Great to have 2 swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, including hot shower outside: heaven ! Property owner is very nice and helpful. Near to small towns and fun activities to do in the area such as horseback riding, canoe and game parc (bowling, laser game, mini golf, etc). Would definitely come back to in future."

"Bon accueil et bon echange avec la proprietaire. Forte odeur d'humidité dans le salon. Piece impossible à utiliser. Logement atypique avec un certain charme. Salle de bain principale dans chambre sans aucune intimité. Douche posée dans un coin avec vue imprenable sur la route ! Tete de lit à coté du lavabo et au dessus des tuyaux d'évacuation .... "We had a lovely stay here. Hosts very welcoming and helpful with information about the area. Lovely big room and ensuite overlooking the river. Comfortable bed and the room had a fan! The only stay of 4 that did provide a fan in the room which was a godsend in the heat that weekend. Really nice breakfast, fresh fruit salad, the greek yogurts were delicious, croissants, bread, cereals, jams, honey, my husband particularly liked the butter, ham, cheese, all very enjoyable. We hadn't intended to stay out late but the music festival was on, which was brilliant, but dark on walk home as no street lighting. Just make sure you have phone battery for torch to walk back late. This is not a negative, just a tip, because the place is lovely to stay over where it is situated on the river. "
