「The home is cozy, sunny, and airy. It's a short stroll to good restaurants and a great coffee shop. We contacted Colleen about a glitch and she responded quickly, took care of the issue, and exceeded our expectations. The landscaping is full of flowers, and there were even fresh flowers in the house. We'd be back in a New York minute if our travels take us back to Kelseyville.」

「Kitchen table with 5 chairs were the only place to sit in the house. The a/c unit in the kitchen window did not cool the place. The area/town smelled musty & moldy. The house smelled musty as well. The ceiling fan looked like it was going to fall to the floor. Very dated. Cobwebs on windows. One of the florescent lights in the kitchen did not work so it was dark near cooking surfaces. Two members of our party have asthma and we did not feel comfortable staying due to possible health risks....
