ery nice people to stay with!

It’s a good value and the location is superb! The owner is a nice gentleman from Korea is professional and friendly. The lady who cleans the room from Sri Lanka. Was very nice detailed in her cleaning and also very nice! Kudos to all!!!

Fantastic location

Having read some rather unflattering reviews,of this place on other sites I was a little wary on the train to Lucern but this is a great little budget hotel. perfectly placed in the centre of Lucerne old town a stones throw from the Wooden Bridge. It is next door to a supermarket and very comfortable. Friendly reception and no issues whatsoever. It certainly did not deserve some of the negative reviews.

There are No basic kitchen staffs in the room! You have to spend time to rent from the receipting office by deposit. Otherwise you could not cook any thing! Besides, 4:00 pm all the stores nearby were closed on Sat and all day on Sunday。 Location is very good !

I booked a dorm and luckily I was the only one staying. The room fits 4 people however it is small and I can imagine that cabin-sized luggages will quickly fill the room if there are other people. Toilet is clean however door knob fell with the slightest touch.

老闆是韓國人，感覺上較有親切感，房間非常好，有得煮食， 有大衣櫃有抬，房間有廁所同沖涼房，本身滿分，只係太多中國人，我房嘅中國大媽非常自私，將所有野放到周圍喺，拖鞋放路中心，成衣櫃佢嘅嘢，叫佢比小小位我，發晒癲咁，同佢住左兩晚影響哂心情，火車站行去十分鐘倒，都好方便！

Affordable hostel in Luzern 2019

Good accomodation for the price. Not very clean (floors), ok beds and nice with a small kitchen in the dorm. Also nice with bathroom in the dorm.

lati positivi: in pieno centro, pavimenti parquet, asciugamani puliti, doppi vetri lati negativi: lunzuola macchiate, pavimenti sporchi, cimici dei letti tra le lenzuola, angolo cottura sprovvisto di qualsiasi accessorio (c'erano 2 piatti, 2 piccole tazze, 2 coltelli, 2 forchette, 1 cucchiaio, 2 piccoli bicchieri-NESSUN tipo di pentola!!!!!!!!niente bollitore!!!!!!!!). Su richiesta ci è stato fornito un esiguo kit con una pentola e un mini tagliere versando 20 Euro di deposito!!

Bien ubicado pero incomodo

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, desafortunadamente las camas no son comodas, tenian 3 camas individuales, dos juntas para hacer una matrimonial, pero es muy incomodo tener la separacion de las camas, y tenia como una colchoneta arriba del colchon y era MUY incomodo, tiene una mini cocina, pero no tiene aire acondicionado

When we first arrived and got our room, it was actually all taken apart, dirty bathroom and beds were literrally turned on their side! The man at the front desk was difficult to communicate with and very reluctant to any flexibility. The location is very good, my only positivr opinion.

Hotel is in a nice location but there was a lot of noice in the street every night which made getting sleep difficult. The room also was not very clean, dirty floor, moldy bathroom.

The only good point of this hostel is it’s position in the center of Luzern. Personal has no idea about hospitality and cleaning. Beds are shaking awfully, so I almost didn’t sleep.

平價旅管住宿，沒有要求

1. 在瑞士酒店比較貴，這間不是Hotel ,是旅館算是平宜的選擇 2. 有廚房但衹有刀叉用具，沒有其他，例如平獲和小煲是沒有的！ 3. 夜晚及早上6am 已經比較嘈吵，不能睡覺！ 4. 房閽燈光不足

Bad on cleanliness during my stay.

I had disappointed on the hotel cleanliness, myself and my husband get bed bug bites during the stay and the bug bites serious till going to see doctor. The hotel owner shld take note and make sure won't happen for others customers.
