Between outdoor relaxation, cozy living areas, and well-separated rooms on multiple levels, Casa dei Ricci is designed to offer you maximum comfort during your city holiday, ensuring peace and privacy.



Your accommodation

The villa is fully fenced and offers at least two private parking spaces. A spacious garden (about 3-4 meters deep on all sides) surrounds the house, ideal for relaxing, letting children play, or simply enjoying some quiet time.



The main entrance is on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase. Here you will find:

- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer, four-burner hob, kettle, and large dining table

- Living room with sofas and air conditioning

- Three bedrooms:

- One with a single bed

- One with a double bed and a single bed

- One with two single beds

- Full bathroom with shower box



On the second floor you will find:

- A second bathroom with bathtub

- A laundry area with washing machine, from which you access a large balcony with private whirlpool, perfect for relaxing moments



On the ground floor, with independent access from the garden, there is another wing of the villa, ideal for those seeking more privacy:

- One double bedroom

- One bedroom with double bed and single bed

- A bathroom with shower (with curtain)



The ground floor is naturally cooler, although it does not have air conditioning; fans are provided. The first-floor bedrooms have air conditioning in some rooms. The whirlpool is available seasonally from June to September. Pets are not allowed, except for small animals such as cats, rabbits, hamsters, etc. Cot and high chair are provided on request.
