「The check-in process was incredibly frustrating. Upon arrival, I and another guest were left waiting outside because neither of us had been provided with an entry code. I had to walk to a neighboring property just to find someone who could contact the host for us. When the host was finally reached, their response was unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they were dismissive and shifted the blame entirely onto the booking platform. To make matters worse, the room itself...

「Really enjoyed our stay here - neighbourhood is quiet and lovely. We were within about 30 mins walking distance to the lively neighbourhood in Rathmines. It was a bit more of a trek to the tourist centre and airport but we walked one day and took ubers/bus other times. The guesthouse was clean and had everything we needed. We had a room with a private bathroom and it was perfect.」

「Staff was very kind. Small but clean room, good breakfast」

「Location worked well. Checkin worked Was cleam and relatively quiet.」

「Lovely place and the owner is so nice. It takes 15 mins to the city Centre on foot, but you can take a bus close to the hotel. Good price and clean!!」
