"The guard checked me in . Though I had booked for a garden view room , I was given a room without a window . The Ac remote didn’t work and I was awake till 2 PM due to excessive heat . The room looked like a chicken coop , the pillow were tiny and so uncomfortable . My day got ruined because of the discomfort . Looks like a property from Pahadgunj , they are trying to save on everything from toiletries to electricity bill . Not recommended , there are better properties nearby for a cheaper...

"Amazing experience..Location is great..Thamel’s colorful happening streets are just a few meters away.. Upon landing in Kathmandu city, hotel’s own transfer was there and these 2 days sayings were amazing.. Hotel’s Manager Mr. Ganga was all through a cordial helping hand from the day 1 , we checked in the hotel.. Surely will stay again in this hotel..if our Kathmandu trip repeats again.."

Whenever we encountered an issue, the staff responded promptly, professionally and with genuine care. They went above and beyond to resolve every concern, making us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. No hotel is perfect but what sets a great hotel apart is how it handles guests’ feedback and problems. In this regard, the team excelled. Their commitment to customer satisfaction gave me confidence that any areas needing improvement would be addressed and continuously enhanced. Overall, the excellent service more than made up for the minor shortcomings. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had at a hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others."
