The room I had reserved was taken before I checked in and the first room they gave us to replace it was being remodeled and worked on which made it a mess without any sheets or towels or anything and it took about 30-45 minutes to get us a good room

Cable tv in my room did not work. I was moved to a second and a third and finally a fourth room before I got a room with working cable tv. Later that night the toilet clogged up and I had to ask for a plugger and unclogged the toilet myself. I will never stay there again. In a few months I will be booking at a different hotel. There was a big gap under the front door letting the very cold outside air in.
