I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel next to the river in Luang Probably. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. I loved waking up each morning here and having breakfast on your patio overlooking the river. The food was delicious and the view was pretty great and relaxing.

Good value by the Mekong

Hotel overlooking Mekong river and close to restaurants and night market. Good, clean, simple accommodation with air-conditioning and fan. Friendly Vietnamese host.

Quaint Stay

The property is quaint, elegant and most rooms have river view. It' close to the Night Market, bars, shops, massage parlors, Wat Sen and the Delta. All in all, awsome location and rate. The manager is extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful hotel with the best beed in Universe!

Very nice hotel, the best beed I ever sleept in!! WOW!! I just wanted to stay in the beed and on the balcony all day.. 😅

Beware of booking a balcony room

I did not like that i reserved and paid for a double deluxe balcony view of the Mekong that turned out to be a bottom floor room with a patio instead. Management was convinced the it was a balcony room. He appeared to not understand the difference between a balcony and patio. Staying on the bottom floor next to the street, it was often difficult to see the Mekong as car/vans were parked in front of my patio room obstructing the view of the Mekong. If you book a balcony view room, I would stress that you want a "upstairs balcony room." The breakfast was good and staff friendly. Location was excellent other then it bei g a little noise as the hotel in on a main road.

個人旅行で使用。 調べた限りでは、ルアンパバーンでの一般的なホテル。 ルアンパバーンの街全体が小さく固まっているため、朝の托鉢・朝日・夕日・ナイトマーケット、その他観光スポットに徒歩でアクセス可能。 私が宿泊したプランでは、バスタブなし（シャワーのみ）の部屋、選べる朝食付きで、部屋は、特に可もなく不可もなく、まぁ快適な印象。 私の宿泊中は、wifiが非常に途切れやすく、ストレスが溜まったが、それ以外は、値段相当か、若干高めな値段設定の印象。

The unique thing about this property is the convenient location and a decent view of Mekong river. What I liked about this place where customer service is outstanding. Staff were helpful and friendly. Daily breakfast were good. I didn’t like the smells coming from the kitchen though, but it’s understandably noted. This small guesthouse is run by a family who resides there.

NOISY HOTEL

I would be reluctant to book this hotel again. It was very noisy with I think the hotel staff families staying in lower rooms, kids yelling late in the night and people sleeping on mattresses in the lobby early in the morning. It was a great location and staff were friendly but just too noisy. I think the local taxi rank was across the road with men yelling at all hours of the day

掃除が行き届いていませんでした。 ラオス風とでもいうのか特別の指導を受けた人しか、 掃除については気にしないのだと思いました。 スタッフはフレンドリーで笑顔が多くて、接客では好印象です。 お世話になりましたのに、あまり良い評価が出来ないです。 ただ、他の店舗なども清潔感では似たり寄ったりの印象を受けました。 その中では、かなり頑張っているのかも知れません。

エントランスと同じ向きの二階のバルコニー付きの部屋でした。 川は目の前ですが、トゥクトゥクやボートのおじさん達が客待ちしてるので、バルコニーでゆっくりという雰囲気ではありませんでした。(気にしなければ大丈夫) また、木に遮られて夕日はあまり見えません。 が、周りにレストランやカフェが多く、ナイトマーケットまで徒歩5分程度。女子一人でも便利で安全です。 托鉢もすぐ裏の道で見れます。観光客があまりいない道で静かに托鉢を観れたのはとてもポイント高し。

最悪のホテルです。

5ヶ月前から予約してたのに当日満室で別の系列のホテルに連れて行かれた。 サンセットが綺麗で便利な場所にあったから予約したのに辺鄙なホテルへ連れて行かれた。そこは窓も無く一見さんしか泊まらないようなホテルでした。メコンサンセットビューホテルで集客して回転率の悪い系列のホテルへ回し全体の稼働率を上げようとしている。バツなホテルです。 日本人の皆様、悪徳ホテルに泊まらない様にしましょう。

Comfortable stay in authentic teak hotel by Mekong

Nice stay in a small teak hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff made for a great stay. Good location across the street from the Mekong river. Easy 5 to 10 minute stroll into the centre of town. Close to everything. Made to order breakfast each morning with very good coffee. We would recommend it to friends.
