「Eugene the resident manager helped us out at every turn. The check-in front staff needed to see my Expedia reservation confirmation. WARNING: None of my USA Visa or MC creditcards worked at the hotel or the airport; there is an ATM on the street in front of the hotel. Eugene had to escort me to go use it to pay for my restaurant bill. But, there were at least 30 locals waiting in line and four armed security guards who let Eugene and me cut in line so that I would not miss my flight; I felt out...
